Solid Waste Treatment Solution

The disorderly accumulation of construction waste (such as concrete blocks, brick fragments, waste steel, etc.) and solid waste (including industrial solid waste, domestic solid waste, etc.) is likely to cause problems such as land occupation and environmental pollution. Refined separation can be achieved through a "crushing - screening - impurity removal" production line.

First, a jaw crusher is used to crush large concrete blocks and bricks; then, a vibrating screen is used to classify materials by particle size (for example, aggregates of 5-10mm are used for subgrade filling, and aggregates of 10-20mm are used for recycled concrete); finally, magnetic separation equipment is used to separate waste steel and waste iron wires, so as to realize the recovery of metal resources.
