The main oil injection points of this machine are tapered roller bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, self-aligning ball bearings, and pillow block bearings.(2) Newly installed wheel hoops are prone to loosening and must be checked frequently.(3) Pay attention to checking the wear degree of easily worn parts and replace the worn parts in a timely manner.(4) For the base plane of the movable device, dust and other debris should be removed. This prevents the movable bearing from being unable to move on the base when the machine encounters uncrushable materials, which could lead to serious accidents.(5) If the bearing oil temperature rises, stop the machine immediately to check the cause and eliminate it.(6) If there is an impact sound when the rotating gear is running, stop the machine immediately for inspection and eliminate the problem.
