Product Details:
Shanghai Dongmeng tracked mobile conveyor adopts professional crawler chassis with self-propelled and flexible transition performance. No hoisting or foundation construction is needed, which greatly shortens the commissioning cycle and saves site cost. Equipped with standard diesel hydraulic drive and Weichai / Deutz engines, it meets regional emission standards. An optional electric motor enables mains power operation, realizing free switching between diesel and electric modes to adapt to remote mines without power and urban construction sites.
It is equipped with 1000 mm width conveyor belt with handling capacity up to 400 TPH and 20 m body length, supporting hydraulic folding for convenient transportation. The working angle is hydraulically adjustable from 18° to 24°, with maximum discharge height of 9 m and stockpile volume up to 1300 m³. The integrated hydraulic control system adjusts inclination, feeding height and running speed easily for single-person operation.
With solid and wear-resistant structure, the machine supports 24-hour continuous heavy-duty operation. Optional full-enclosed cover, anti-slip belt and water dust suppression system meet environmental protection and dust control requirements, making it an efficient and reliable supporting conveying equipment for mobile crushing and screening production lines.
